This is a meaningful expansion for our network. Ryan brings a rare combination of dental industry operating experience, financial acumen, and business advisory expertise that strengthens what we can offer to colleagues across the province.
A little about Ryan:
Before joining forces with Practice Advocate, Ryan was embedded inside Corus Orthodontists during a period of significant growth — leading acquisition and integration projects, building financial models for expansion decisions, modernizing operations, and supporting associates through the ownership transition process. He knows the inside of a dental practice at a strategic level, not just from the outside looking in.
Ryan currently serves entrepreneurs at BDC as a Client Partner, helping business owners identify levers for growth and build lasting value in their companies. He holds MBAs from Queen’s University and Cornell University, grounding his advisory work in both rigorous financial analysis and strategic leadership.
Together, we’re bringing this depth of experience to Alberta offering valuations, concierge strategy, acquisition support, and practice sales guidance tailored to the Western Canada market.
