The Impeccable Exit

We’ve had requests for a virtual session on practice exit planning for those who were keen but unable to attend our in person workshop…So we’ve created this and you’re invited.

On June 22 at 7:30pm EST, we’ll host a one hour webinar that will explore the following:

Personal Readiness — The financial and emotional side of stepping away

Business Readiness — What a business needs to look like to be sold

Business Attractiveness — Whether a buyer would want it and a bank would finance it

This is NOT about your practice sale. It’s about what happens in the years before — the preparation that determines the number on the offer and how cleanly the transition goes. Preparation that increases your income now and your practice value later. Those two things, it turns out, are the same work.

– Attendees will be provided handouts related to the content and a certificate for one hour of practice management CE after the event.
