The Buyer Advocacy Blueprint

We’ve designed a one-day sprint workshop that every buyer deserves to experience. Unfortunately, we’ve only got room for 8 attendees.

On Friday, November 28th, we are inviting you to The Buyer Advocacy Blueprint Workshop. This 7-hour workshop will be the most enabling, intensive and transformative buyer workshop ever offered to dentists. In an industry where buyers are expected to make major decisions without their own agent to support valuation clarity, this sprint and the materials we have created will give you the confidence to be your own advocate, acquire your first practice and build a roadmap that sees you avoid common financial traps.

The event includes:


– Practical content that covers everything acquisition-related for the first-time buyer – from considerations before acquisition to financial modelling and future-proofing your biggest investment.

– A workbook with 6 hours of material we tackle together to enable you to be your own advocate in your future acquisition(s).

– A workbook that doubles as a business plan you can use with your lender for any future acquisition opportunities you decide are worth pursuing.

– Templates that allow a plug-and-play approach to analyzing financial statements, practice profitability, and customized projections built for YOU and ONLY YOU that we will complete together in our workshop session.

– A CE certificate for 6 hours of practice management education.

– A step-by-step approach for on-site due diligence

– A transition guide with actionable items, patient letter templates, staff communication prompts, and steps to implement to ensure you maximize goodwill retention under your new practice ownership

– A large private room exclusive for our guests at The Hamilton Club in Hamilton, ON.

– A spectacular five-star à la carte lunch with coffee and snacks (all included with your ticket) throughout the day at one of the most reputable private clubs in Ontario

– An optional evening to “pick Sean’s brain” – Stay for dinner and drinks into the evening if you want more time with the group and/or with Sean to discuss your unique goals (dinner is not included, but Sean will be reserving seats for those who wish to stay for a meal and into the evening).

It is not expected that you have a valuation or practice of interest in hand. This workshop is designed to give you everything you need to be armed with the skill, capability, and confidence to be the most qualified buyer in the practice marketplace.

IF YOU PLAN TO BUY YOUR FIRST PRACTICE IN THE NEXT 12-18 MONTHS, YOU NEED TO BE HERE. This workshop will save you time and money that goes well beyond the investment to attend. 

To reserve one of the 8 seats, send us an email. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required, with the balance due November 1st. The deposit secures your seat. Registrations will be booked on a first-come-first-served basis until sold.

The in-person event begins at 11:30 am and runs until 6:30 pm with dinner and conversation thereafter for those who wish to stay.

For those travelling from out of town, we are pleased to provide hotel recommendations upon request.
